Accommodation

Accommodation for delegates has been reserved at a variety of 3, 4 and 5 Star hotels in Dublin plus on UCD campus. Delegates have a choice of hotels nearby the conference venue or in Dublin city centre. The conference venue is O'Reilly Hall, UCD - University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4.

For Hotels: A deposit of one night's charge is required to confirm booking. The balance is payable directly to the hotel. In the event of cancellation, the first night's deposit will be charged. All rates listed will be are per room per night to include service charge, tax and full Irish breakfast.

For Campus Accommodation: All nights are to be paid in advance. The rate for campus accommodation will be per room per night to include service charge, tax and continental breakfast.

Please note that the following hotels are in order of the international star rating. Distance to UCD, the conference venue, is indicated.

Campus Accommodation - UCD Village Belfield, Dublin 4

All rates listed below are per room per night to include service charge, tax and breakfast.

Accommodation will be provided on the UCD Campus. Mainly in Roebuck Hall from where it is a leisurely 5 minute walk to the main meeting area at O'Reilly Hall.

Rates are per single room per night in a shared apartment. Each apartment consists of six single en suite bedrooms sharing a kitchen/living room. All apartments have wireless internet access. Bed linen and limited towels provided. No twin/double rooms available.

Vouchers for Continental Breakfast will be issued to guests on arrival. 1 no. voucher per day can be exchanged for breakfast in the main Campus Restaurant (3 minutes walk).
Rates: Single Room inc. Breakfast €59. Please note that all nights must be paid in advance.

Budget Accommodation - Trinity College Dubin College Green, Dublin

Trinity College with its magnificent buildings and beautiful 20-hectare campus is at the heart of Dublin city. The College offers a variety of accommodation to visitors.

Apartment Accommodation (Type A)
Located in historic parts of campus, and renovated in recent years, these apartments have two or three single bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen / living room. All bedrooms have individual locks. Bedrooms may be reserved individually or for small groups.

Ensuite Accommodation (Type C)
Located in or close to the historic parts of campus, accommodation consists of single and twin bedded rooms with own private bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a shared kitchen suitable for light catering only.

Rates are for bed and Contintntal breakfast per room per night. All bed linen and towels are provided and rooms are cleaned daily. Please note that all nights must be paid in advance.
Rates: Type A - 1 Room in 2 or 3 Bed apartment €74.50. Type C - Ensuite Single €74.50 per night. Ensuite Twin €110.00 per night.

Ballsbridge Inn 3 Star Pembroke Road, Dublin 4

In the 3 * Ballsbridge Inn you will find bedrooms with everything you require to make your stay in Dublin comfortable.

In an unusual twist on a traditional hotel we offer a very fine ground floor Food Hall with a number of well known and respected outlets serving everything you need to get you started in the morning or have a filler during the day. Full Bar service from 5pm daily brings a party atmosphere in the evenings making the Ballsbridge Inn ideal for that special visit.

Tara Towers Hotel 3 Star Merrion Road, Dublin 4

The Tara Tower is located 3 km/2 miles from the city centre. It is a modern 3 star hotel overlooking Dublin Bay. A public transport service operates from the hotel to the city centre ~ journey time 20 minutes. The Tara Towers has 113 modern style bedrooms offering a choice of Classic or Executive rooms. It has a good traditional Irish bar and a conservatory restaurant. The hotel has a boardroom and a suite available for meetings. They can cater for 20 to 300 persons.

D4 Berkeley Hotel 3 Star Pembroke Road, Dublin 4

Ballsbridge Tower 3 Star Pembroke Road, Dublin 4

This 3 star hotel is situated in Ballsbridge. It is close to the parks, gardens and main shopping centre. The Tower is an exclusive wing of 100 super deluxe bedrooms and suites, designed to world class standards. The bathrooms are decorated in marble and 24-hour room service is available. The ground floor of this hotel is reserved for the exclusive use of Tower's residents and their guests. This floor consists of a hospitality lounge, large lobby, reading room and boardroom. The Kish restaurant specialises in 'A La Carte' seafood, the Embassy Garden offers international cuisine, and the Coffee Dock has informal dining twenty two hours a day. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the hotel.

Burlington Hotel 4 Star Sussex Road, Dublin 4
