Welcome Reception

We look forward to welcoming you to the conference in O'Reilly Hall. The dress code is informal.


State Reception
Dublin Castle

Date: Tuesday 29th June

Venue: State Apartments, Dublin Castle

Join us in Dublin Castle for a State reception in St Patrick’s Hall. The entrance to Dublin Castle is at Cork Hill (pedestrian and formal entrance) Gate, which is beside City Hall, Dame Street Dublin 2 and leads into the Upper Castle Yard - we will be waiting to welcome you. Dress code is business. We will have a list for a range of restaurants within walking distance of Dublin Castle if you wish to extend your evening and have dinner before you return to your hotel.


Gala Dinner
RDS

Date: Thursday 1st July

Start time: 19:30 Finish time: 23:00

Venue: Minerva Suit, RDS, Dublin 4

Tickets: This event is now fully booked

The gala dinner for the conference will be held in the Minerva Suit located within the grounds of the Royal Dublin Society. The building dates from 1902 and retains many original features including elegant iron trusses and sturdy Doric columns. The gala dinner promises to be a very social evening with fine wine, food and Irish entertainment!


Pre and post Conference tours

In addition to being a wonderful location for a Conference, Dublin and Ireland offer plenty of choice for those of you who may wish to take a break and arrive a few days early or stay on for a while.
